Then you’ll be taken to my calendar to choose a time that works for you.

 

I will call you on the date and time you choose. We’ll speak for 15-20 minutes. You’ll get all your questions answered and we will decide if I am a good fit for your needs.

 

If we both decide to move forward we’ll book our first session together.

 

I only book one session at a time.

 

In two to three weeks I follow up with you and see how you’re feeling. Most of my clients only need one RTT session, but other issues {like low self-worth, depression, traumas, physical ailments} can require up to three sessions.

FAQs

I’ve never been hypnotized, how do I know this will work for me?

I thought the same thing before my first session. Luckily hypnosis is a state that happens to us all, likely you experienced it today. You’re not asleep but in a deeply relaxed state much like you experience in meditation.

You can absolutely be hypnotized and experience incredible results with these methods. They’ve been honed over three decades and have been used with thousands of people. They’ll absolutely work for you too.

Who are these sessions for?

This program is for driven, passionate women who know that there’s a reason they’re not going after the things they want in life. This is for women with mindset blocks holding them back from what they desire and want to shift it quickly.

This is also ideal for women who have already gone through coaching and read heaps of self-help books around their limiting beliefs and haven’t been able to achieve results in shifting their subconscious thoughts. This is unlike anything else you’ve tried and you’ll see massive results!

How many sessions will this take?

It depends on the client and what you’re looking to shift, but typically one to two sessions is all that’s needed.

We can get results so quickly because hypnosis allows direct access to the reasons we do, feel and react the way we do. And since your mind is so skilled at bringing up the events and experiences that established these beliefs, it saves us hours and hours compared to traditional talk therapy where it can take weeks or months for the cause to come up.

The source of our issues are usually based on beliefs we formed before the age of 10. When you’re able to observe yourself and these understandings from a non-judgemental perspective, it’s relatively easy to let them go and rewire new beneficial beliefs.

On rare occasions, it can take more than one or two sessions per issue as we are all unique, but for most issues one-two sessions yields incredible, lasting results. That’s why I reach out to you a few weeks after our two sessions together to ensure you’ve gotten the maximum benefit from our time together.

What if I uncover something I don’t want to share?

You’re in complete control during hypnosis and if you don’t wish to share something, you won’t and I will never pressure you to. It’s ok to keep details to yourself, I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the unnamed details affect you (as in how they make you feel).

How are the new beliefs going to become permanent? I’ve been wanting to change this for years!

Amen! I totally get that. Well, that’s where the personalized recording comes in. I create that for you to listen to once a day for a minimum of 21 days.

 

Typically the recording is 10-15 minutes long and won’t take a lot of time out of your day. You can listen to it more than once a day if you’d like, but listening to it once a day is just as effective.

This recording puts you in a hypnotic state and reinforces the new belief we talked about in our session together, and through repetition and being in a suggestible state we’re able to rewire your neural pathways so that this becomes your new way of thinking. As Tony Robbins always says, repetition is the mother of all skill, and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing with your custom audio recording.

Will you be able to make me do or think things I don’t want to?

Not at all. You are in control the whole time you’re in hypnosis. You cannot be made to do anything and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. It’s your experience, I simply facilitate you and navigate your thoughts to help you create the empowering beliefs you choose. One of the rules of the mind is that it does what it thinks you want it to do. So you have to actively choose and accept your beliefs, I can’t make you.

How do we connect for our session?
